The buyer was Waddell Properties, a Kirkland company that owns other apartment complexes in the city. The seller was Vancouver, British Columbia-based Lake Vista Associates LLC.

Located at 10258 N.E. 68th St. and built in 1968, the 60-unit complex consists of one- and two-bedroom apartments that rent for $700 to $1,035 per month. Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. represented both parties in the transaction.
