By the beginning of October, the Texas-based communications company hopes to provide residential and business customers with the ability to receive cable, television and long distance as well as high-speed Internet access over one deep-fiber network. Grande, which is building its network "from the ground up," expects to serve the entire Central Texas corridor including Austin, San Marcos, New Braunfels, San Antonio and the surrounding communities.

River Ridge Business Park, situated south of the Blanco River Crossing, is a 115-acre mixed use development located at the northern access to San Marcos. The park carries an enterprise zone status enabling city property tax abatements based on employment projections and investment costs. NAI Commercial Properties is acting on behalf of the seller and Hill Partners is representing the buyer.
