Ex-Heitman Veep Joins Colliers Arnold

ORLANDO-Don S. Finkelstein, former executive vice president of Heitman Financial in Minneapolis, is the new senior vice president in the Orlando office of Colliers Arnold Commercial Real Estate Services Inc.

Finkelstein guided a 35 million-sf commercial portfolio at Heitman where he served for 20 years. He specializes in institutional grade problem properties and workouts.

Colliers' Orlando division completed $64 million worth of deals in 1999. The Clearwater, FL-based company as a whole did $280 million in total transactions last year.
