The four-building complex stands in the 1500 block of East Orangethorpe Ave. and is 85% occupied, according to brokers in the Anaheim office of Voit Commercial Brokerage, which represented the investment group known simply as WLA.
The same Voit office also represented seller Kilroy Realty Corp., the big real estate investment trust based in El Segundo.
