Nicholson will oversee Morgan's new construction projects including The Estates at Memorial Heights in Houston; Missions at Plaza del Oro in Oceanside, CA.;. Marina Place in downtown San Diego; The Estates at Park Meadows in Denver; and additional apartments planned for Southern California, Denver and Atlanta. Prior to joining the Morgan Group, Nicholson served for five years as vice president of construction for the Phoenix division of Picerne Real Estate Group, a national multi-family housing developer. In the early 1990s, he was senior project manager for Trammell Crow Residential.
