Some tenants renewed their leases and opted for additional space as well, including the Oberman Group, which is keeping its 5,378 sf at 777 Westchester Ave. and taking an additional 3,574 sf there. Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. is holding on to its 4,962 sf and signing for an additional 1,458 sf at 707 Westchester Ave. Grubb & Ellis and McCarthy O'Callaghan represented Met Life.
Albert B. Ashforth, Inc., a division of the Ashforth Co., manages the EastRidge Properties portfolio in Westchester County, which is comprised of Westchester Corporate Park, White Plains Office Park, Rockledge Center and Purchase Park.
