The largest transaction was with Aetna Life Insurance Co., which renewed its lease at 2700 Westchester Ave. for 28,467 sf where it has been a tenant since 1984. Jones Lang LaSalle Americas Inc. represented the insurer.

Some tenants renewed their leases and opted for additional space as well, including the Oberman Group, which is keeping its 5,378 sf at 777 Westchester Ave. and taking an additional 3,574 sf there. Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. is holding on to its 4,962 sf and signing for an additional 1,458 sf at 707 Westchester Ave. Grubb & Ellis and McCarthy O’Callaghan represented Met Life.
