Mike Merk and Shawn Kelter of Grubb & Ellis' Anaheim office represented the landlord, Foster City-based Legacy Partners, in the estimated $2.8-million transaction. LA-based Daum Commercial represented the tenant, an importer and exporter of tools and equipment.

Other tenants in the 1.2-million sf project include HomeGrocer.com, Dae Shin USA, Staples Commercial and Hexcel. The park is 80% leased, says Amy Witten, a vice president at Legacy Partners.
