Work Begins on 190,000-SF Industrial Space in Southeast Austin

Trammell Crow’s industrial division is dealing some relief to Austin, beginning work on two buildings to provide 190,000 sf of office/industrial space in the southeast section.

The office/warehouse structures, located in Trammell Crow’s 100-acre Expo Business Park at Burleson Road and Stassney Lane, should be completed by December, Chad Marsh, vice president of development at TCC told GlobeSt.com. Expo Business Park presently contains about 240,000 sf of office/industrial space, he added.

Expo Building 7 will encompass 104,600 sf and Expo Building 6, 85,600 sf. The structures, located five minutes from Austin-Bergstrom Airport, are being built with 40-foot by 40-foot column spacing and dock-high loading.
