The company, which is being acquired by Nortel Networks, has signed a 10-year lease on 185,000 sf at Great Oaks Business Park near the intersection of Highways 85 and 101. It will take all the available space in the two buildings, which are currently under construction.

Cornish & Carey Commercial Real Estate brokered the deal. Financial terms were not disclosed.
