Alteon Entering Two North San Jose Properties

SAN JOSE, CA-Internet switch manufacturer Alteon WebSystems announced this week that it has finalized a 10-year lease on two office buildings.

Alteon WebSystems, which makes switches and routers for the World Wide Web, has signed a lease on two office buildings in North San Jose.

The company, which is being acquired by Nortel Networks, has signed a 10-year lease on 185,000 sf at Great Oaks Business Park near the intersection of Highways 85 and 101. It will take all the available space in the two buildings, which are currently under construction.
