Major tenants include: Louis Dreyfus Corp., the parent company of Louis Dreyfus Property Group, which will use its 113,000 sf of space for its North American headquarters; News America Marketing, which is relocating from Norwalk, CT into 94,000 sf; and John W. Henry & Co., which will occupy 19,000 sf.
Located on a 57-acre wooded site adjacent to Route 33, the facility will feature two office wings totaling 167,500 sf each on three levels. The wings will be connected by bridges and offer floor plates of 56,000 sf to115,000 sf. Amenities will include a full-service cafeteria, a fitness center, conference facility and covered parking.
