The new Client Solutions Division will provide "turn-key" services for clients, says director Kevin Manning. "It is intended to expand the service lines available to our clients," Manning said. "That means everything from strategic planning and financial engineering through design construction, IT configuration, move-in and ongoing strategy."
Manning, who came to the job about a month ago from Cushman & Wakefield, said that the division is getting the finishing touches now in preparation for launch. "We're putting the pieces together right now," he said. "We should it have it finalized and ready to go by the end of September."
The division will manage all projects and services through a secure client Web site.
Although Manning called the division of "universal" use, he said that quickly rising companies would find it of particular importance. "The companies that would find it most useful would be very fast-growing companies, those gazelle companies ... who come to market quickly and need a one-stop-shop approach to their real estate and asset needs."
