Colliers Turley Martin Tucker has been enlisted to market an historic building at 1006 Grand Boulevard in downtown. The building, built in the 1930s, just became available after a yearÕs delay while its owners were in litigation.

KJC Development Corp. owns the building. KJC purchased the ground underneath the building in 1996 at a foreclosure sale. The Land Trust of Jackson County had argued that it had the rights to the building.

Price tag for the 17-story building is $5 million. It has 200,000 total sf. The building is also available for lease. ”With the right tenant wanting the right size, between 20,000 and 30,000 sf, it would be available for lease,” according to Mike Klamm, who along with Sean O’Byrne has the listing. ”We also have a couple of prospective buyers at this point. They may want to convert it to a residential space.”
