CB Richard Ellis represented Spears in the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the developer of the business park, Duke-Weeks Realty Corp. Duke-Weeks Construction is the general contractor for the project, which will be built on an 18-acre parcel overlooking one of the parkÕs water features.

Duke-Weeks has had several major projects this year at the park. For example, Sears agreed in March to a 499,200-sf build-to-suit that will be developed on 27 acres just south of the Spears site.

Crossroads Business Park has approximately 111 acres of land available for development. Most of the projects have been mixed-use commercial distribution and light manufacturing. The park, which has easy access to I-55 and I-355, has one mile of frontage along I-55.
