Impower Signs 110,594-SF Lease

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ-Direct marketing firm will move its operations to a new building in the Princeton market.

Impower Inc., an interactive direct marketing company (formerly known as ALC Interactive) has signed up for 110,594 sf in the new 365,883-sf Dow Jones Building on Route 1 in South Brunswick, NJ. That structure is located in the Princeton market.

Wayne Kasbar and Paul Giannone of Jacobson, Goldfarb & Tanzman, Woodbridge, NJ closed the lease on behalf of Impower. The Staubach Co. repped building owner Dow Jones. Impower, which is moving from Skillman, NJ, looked at several options, including build-to-suit opportunities, before opting for the facility, citing its high-tech infrastructure.
