The project is on a 15-acre site, just south of Woolbright Road at I-95. The Lowe's parcel was assembled in two separate purchases, reportedly in a price range of $7 to $12 psf ($304,920 to $522,720 an acre)
Other Lowe's locations near Home Depots are in Coral Springs and Oakland Park, Broward County. The Boynton Beach store will be Lowe's second in Palm Beach County. The first opened earlier this year in Royal Palm Beach.
