Mosaic, which is scheduled to open in November, will be a full-service bistro type restaurant that serves Mediterranean fare. Features of the restaurant include a small fireplace in the bar and an outside patio that will seat 50. Construction on the new building took a little more than a year. Excel Construction built the structure. Juratovac Kriske Lohrentz Architects Inc. served as project architect.
