Tom Waters, president of Provident Development Group Inc., and George Maloomian, president of Cambridge Properties Inc., are hoping to develop a neighborhood with prices ranging from $130,000 to $300,000 per residence.
It's the second time Waters and Maloomian have submitted a proposal to Huntersville officials for Carrington Ridge. Earlier this year, the plan was turned down because it did not meet the town's open-space district requirements. This time around, the developers hired a land-planning firm to finesse the proposal.
