Exhibition Firm Expands Presence in Connecticut

NORWALK, CT-Reed Exhibition Cos. has enlarged its lease commitment at the MerritView office complex to 92,000 sf.

Reed, a leading organizer of trade and consumer events, occupies space on the second, third, fourth and seventh floors. W&M Construction will build out the fourth floor space for the tenant at the eight-story, 225,000-sf building.
