Located near Route 25 and W. Barrlett Road, the building will be the first in Bluff City Business Park, a 45-acre park being developed by Abbott Land. Once complete, Abbott will move its headquarters into the building and share roughly 22,000 sf with its affiliates, Bluff City Materials (a sand and gravel mining firm) and Benchmark Construction, an underground utility contractor. It will lease the remaining 10,000 sf.
FCL Builders is a design/build firm offering site selection, land acquisition/due diligence and the construction of new office, food processing and warehousing space. It has completed 445 projects totaling about 34.3 million sf.
