"Yes, we will be going ahead with that," Finard managing director Robert Lemons says of the 100,000-sf project. "There's absolutely the demand here, and there's no sign of it letting up."
Lemons says Finard hopes to be in the ground by October. While he declined to provide development costs, Lemons says the company will be looking at rents above $40 per sf. It will develop the structure on spec, he adds, although the company has already received unsolicited proposals for the bulk of the space, including a law firm, which is eyeing the entire building.
Burlington Woods Office Park, owned by a partnership that includes Finard and Mugar Enterprises, currently has three office buildings totaling 270,000-sf. Four Burlington Woods is being designed by Spagnolo Gisness of Boston.
