First Columbia is also in discussions with the two firms to house their operations in a new building on the plaza grounds in the near future. That structure would total approximately 40,000 sf and could include another high-tech firm affiliated with cManagement and Asi Centro America.
New York International Plaza/Hudson Valley World Trade Center is a master-planned commercial development situated on 260 acres. First Columbia has a 99-year lease on the property, formerly a U.S. Military Academy subpost. The plan includes the development of corporate office and research and development space as well as a hotel/conference center, educational facilities and other uses. The plaza has been charted as a World Trade Center.
