First Tenants Sign on at Tech Center

cManagement and Asi Centro America have each signed leases for 2,000 sf at 33 Airport Center Dr. on the grounds of Stewart International Airport, says John Gunderson, a partner with First Columbia of Albany, N.Y. cManagement, which is affiliated with RIB in Stuttgart, Germany, is a construction consulting and computer software company that also has offices in Fishkill, NY and North Andover, MD. Asi Centro America is an Internet marketing firm headquartered in Costa Rica. Both companies will move in this November.

First Columbia is also in discussions with the two firms to house their operations in a new building on the plaza grounds in the near future. That structure would total approximately 40,000 sf and could include another high-tech firm affiliated with cManagement and Asi Centro America.
