About one-third of the space has already been committed, with the largest lease to date signed by the Soho Contract Group, a furniture maker (15,740 sf). Additional space has been taken by existing tenants that are expanding, according to Robert J. Marek, vice president of Larken's commercial division.
The buildings will have separate entrances, and like most Larken complexes, a childcare facility and a fitness center.
