Woodmont Assumes 65,304-SF Management Contracts

FT. WORTH-A CO-based corporation is turning to Woodmont Property Management to oversee two office buildings, totaling 65,304 sf. The structures are located in downtown Ft. Worth and the suburban market of Hurst.

The contracts call for Woodmont to manage day-to-day operations at the 15,649-sf McCart Office Building, located at 6112 McCart Ave., Ft. Worth, and the 49,655-sf Willowcreek Office Building at 669 Airport Freeway in Hurst. Woodmont will be responsible for facilities management, including interior renovations. Woodmont's management portfolio in the Dallas-Ft. Worth market is about 2.5 million sf while its 12-state roster comprises 9 million sf.
