The bakery will stand inside Santa Ana's Gateway Corporate Centre. Michael Hartel of the Irvine office of Colliers Seeley repped Stauffer Biscuit Co. in the 15-year pact. The Newport Beach office of Property Resources Inc. represented the landlord, OC-based Ewing Development Co.

The 150-year-old York, PA-based Stauffer Biscuit needed the facility to accommodate its West Coast expansion needs, says Cody Plott, president and CEO of Colliers Seeley.
