Due to growing operations, GNB Technologies needed to augment its warehouse capabilities to better service its Midwest territory. Warehousing operations were relocated and expanded from Naperville to Bolingbrook to take advantage of the I-55 Corridor's accessibility to major interstate routes. Studley represented GNB in the transaction. Darwin Realty & Development represented ownership.

Studley also represented GNB Technologies in an office lease renewal in Lombard, a far western Chicago suburb. GNB was able to achieve favorable economic terms and will retain its workforce by remaining at the Lombard location. The Alter Group represented ownership in the lease renewal.
