Approximately 16,000-sf is available in the second phase of 25,000-sf. The second phase is scheduled to be finished in January, Christie says. The largest tenant in the first phase that will occupy about 6,800-sf. is Sneeky Pete's Sports Pub, which is also a piano bar. Additional tenants include Upper Echelon hair salon, Subway, Noble Roman's Pizza and My Friends Count, a cross-stitch shop. A fitness center will take 16,000-sf in the second phase and is the biggest tenant to date.
St. Andrews Plaza is surrounded by St. Andrews golf course, the Blue Valley Montessori School and a 1,000-unit apartment complex, which is still under construction.
