Prentiss has retained the Houston office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler to market the buildings, which total 850,000 sf. The premier building in the Prentiss portfolio is One Westchase Center, a 466,000-sf, 12-story tower at 10777 Westheimer Rd. One Westchase is 92% leased. Also included in the package are a 180,000-sf building at 11200 Westheimer; 156,000-sf building at 11811 North Freeway; and 50,000-sf building at 7575 San Felipe.
