Red Bridge Shopping Center Sees Renewed Interest

KANSAS CITY, MO P Rare coin dealer leases in neighborhood center.

Red Bridge Shopping Center, which was built by J.C. Nichols to serve the surrounding Red Bridge residential area, sits at the corner of Red Bridge Road and Holmes Road in southern Kansas City. The shopping center is currently about 84 percent leased, according to Joanna Shawver of Kessinger/Hunter & Co., the company that markets properties for J.C. Nichols/a Highwoods Properties affiliate.

Lease rates for the shopping center range from $10 to $12 per sf. The largest tenant is a Sun Fresh grocery store.
