The project includes space for single-family homes, apartments, condominiums and a corporate campus. Intracorp hired George Thurtle and Jim MuhlBeier at John L. Scott to market the single-family detached property. Greg Laycock at Cushman & Wakefield is selling the apartment and condo sites.

Intracorp also has finalized an agreement hiring John Black at the Broderick Group and Bill Pollard at Pacific Real Estate Partners to co-market the 800,000 square feet of commercial land. Spieker Properties LLC, Schnitzer Northwest, Opus Northwest, Quadrant Corp. CarrAmerica Realty Corp. have all reportedly looked at the property.

Mike Lierman, an Intracorp principal, has said he expects the commercial land to bring a price that is upwards of $20 million. He also foresees a buyer stepping forward in the fourth quarter, and taking possession of the land next spring when on-site master improvements are completed.
