Construction Manager Named for Trump Golf Course

BRIARCLIFF MANOR, NY-Spectrum Skanska has been named construction and development manager of the Trump National Golf Club.

The Valhalla-based residential and multi-family housing developer will handle day-to-day responsibilities for all aspects of the development. The project, which recently broke ground, will be a 7,200-yard, par 72 championship golf course designed by Jim Fazio.

Along with a large clubhouse, the gated community will have 16 estate homes ranging in size from 3,100 sf to 3,400 sf overlooking the eighth fairway with prices beginning at $1.8 million. In addition, 71 luxury condominium residences in two low-rise buildings overlooking the ninth fairway will range in size from 1,800 sf to 2,700 sf.
