The region's 70 member corporate advisory, asset, valuation and research services as well as its financial, commercial and industrial brokerage professionals now report to Krasnow. This new position will leverage his prior role as NY area director of business development, where since 1995 he was responsible for managing client relationships and transactional activity for the firm's 225-member tri-state commercial brokerage team.
He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1987 as a commercial leasing broker based in Manhattan. Krasnow earned the company's Broker of the Year award in 1994 and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation. He is a member of the Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association, the Real Estate Board of New York, the Southwestern Area Commerce and Industry Association, Real Estate Finance Association, and the Westchester County Association. He also serves on the board of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
