The new name will better reflect present operations, according to Richard Astrom, president and CEO of the Miami-based firm. The company is shifting from rehabilitating older properties to totally new construction.
Current ventures include three 60-unit apartment projects: Granada Grand and Conquistador Plaza in Miami, and Costa Del Sol on Bay Harbor Island. The firm is also developing Eagle Trace, a gated-community subdivision in Vero Beach, FL.
