Forest City Technologies Plans New Facility

Detroit- Ohio automotive supplier to build new 110,000 sf plant in Wixom.

Forest City Technologies Inc. of Wellington, Ohio is developing a110,000 s.f. facility in the Detroit suburb of Wixom.The company produces pre-applied fastener coatings and fabricates seals,gaskets, O-rings and mold products for the automotive industry.John Cloud, president and CEO, said the firm wanted to expand its work inthe Detroit area. The company has a 14,400 s.f. plant in Troy, acquired lastyear when Forest City purchased Adelphia Inc.Cloud said he could not disclose the development cost. Operations at theplant will begin in the fall.
