DENVER-TeleTech Holdings Inc. and SullivanHayes Cos., both based in Denver, are teaming to develop a high-tech call center in Northern Ireland for customers such as Ford Motor Co. and American Express Corp. It's a project from the heart, says SullivanHayes' CEO.
