"We hope to clear the township Board of Trustees in September and begin on the infrastructure this fall," Warling said.Building space would range from 16,000 s.f. to 125,000 s.f. in the planned unit development. A 450,000 s.f. parking structure will adjoin the site.

Warling said the Class A space would be offered at $17 a s.f. Mav Development is looking for tenants interested in build-to-suits, he said."We have several companies looking right now, but no executed leases," he said. He would not reveal the name of the companies.The project should be completed in five to seven years.

The office park will have its eastern border along I-275.The interstate has seen an explosion of new office and industrial growth, due in part to proximity to expanding Detroit Metropolitan Airport.
