Pantellos Pre-Leases 52,500 SF in Waterway Plaza One

HOUSTON-Pantellos Group, an e-commerce firm serving the energy and utility business, pre-leases 52,500 sf at Waterway Plaza One in The Woodlands. The structure is slated for a November completion.

Pantellos is a business-to-business Internet marketplace firm serving the energy and utility industry. The Waterway Plaza One building is a new nine-story, 223,400-sf building that is scheduled for completion in November.

Cushman Realty has represented Pantellos in the lease; CB Richard Ellis, the developer, The Woodlands Operating Co., a joint venture of Morgan Stanley Partnership and Crescent Real Estate Equities.
