Wilkes partner Paul J. Kiernan and associate Marc E. Miller are also joining Holland & Knight. The trio has worked as a team on real property litigation, land use and municipal law. The team also includes Steven E. Sher, who has worked in various zoning and planning offices of DC government.
Quin's resume of project work reads like a list of the biggest real estate projects in Washington. He is known for his work in persuading District officials to approve the construction of the MCI Center, which has sparked redevelopment in the city's East End, and on behalf of the new Washington Convention Center, which is now under construction. He has also worked on the Willard Hotel redevelopment, Georgetown's Washington Harbour, the Warner Theater, Market Square and National Harbour in Prince George's County.
