Havas, a maker of entertainment software, is taking the top three floors in the 12-story, 290,000-sf building slated for completion next spring. David Toomey of Brentwood-based Cresa Partners represented Havas, which is relocating from Torrance. West LA-based owner Arden Realty Inc. represented itself.
The new building is one of three Arden towers at the 70-acre mixed-use office/entertainment development north of Los Angeles International Airport, alongside the San Diego Freeway.
