Financial Firm Sets Regional HQ

PHOENIX-Edward D. Jones chooses suburban Tempe for first big office outside its St. Louis home.

PHOENIX-Financial services firm Edward D. Jones has leased a parcel in suburban Tempe and has begun construction on a 130,000-sf office building that will be the company’s first regional headquarters in the US.

The St. Louis-based company leased 10.8 acres in the ASU Research Park, an office development at the southeast corner of Elliot and McClintock roads. In the first phase, Edward D. Jones plans to build a 130,000-sf office building, with another 250,000-sf planned for the second and third phases of the project.
