Air Excellence Inc., an FAA-designated repair station, spent nearly a month reviewing area sites that suited its needs - airport convenience without paying airport prices, Eric Gilbert, the Grubb & Ellis broker who sealed the deal, told GlobeSt.com. The Oakdale-based company is paying $4.25 per sf for the structure, owned by Eric M. Hohn, situated in the Great Southwest Industrial Park. Hohn was represented by the Robert Lynn Co. in the transaction.
Air Excellence, owned by Bob Williams of Pittsburgh, refurbishes aircraft interiors. It also has a facility in Ireland, says Gilbert.
