The park's planned 8.6-acre site is at 5509 Interstate 85 Service road and Sugar Creek Road. The first flex building would be at least 24,000 sf. Swayne's companies, with a staff of 40, would occupy 6,000 sf. The balance would be leased out.

To do the project, Swayne has formed a partnership with Everett Curley, president of Evco Construction Co. Inc. and Jim Cherry of Cherry Land & Timber.
