Called Breeze Hill Ranch, the development is anchored by a 41,000-sf LA Fitness complex. It's on the southwest corner of state Route 78 and Melrose Drive.

The project is being developed by a locally based private partnership known as Breeze Hill Ranch LLC. A Kinko's copying and office-supply store, restaurants and the Carl's Jr. fast-food chain have signed leases for much of the remaining space, a spokesperson for the partnership tells GlobeSt.com.

The retail center will also feature a full-service car wash and gasstation/convenience store. The project is expected to be finished by theend of the year. Lease talks are under way with tenants for theremaining 11,550 sf of the center, as well as for a pad available on a ground lease.
