Grubb & Ellis's Anaheim office represented Albertson's. The Anaheim and Ontario offices of CB Richard Ellis repped Hewlett-Packard in a transaction that's expected to close escrow in October. Albertson's plans to spend about $2 million in improvements.

The move comes in the wake of Albertson's merger with American Stores Co., the parent firm of Lucky Food Stores, according to George Ray, senior real estate manager at Albertson's. He added the firm's 600,000-sf office and distribution center in Buena Park will be sold.

Hewlett-Packard relocated from Fullerton to the Stadium Crossings office building at State College Boulevard and Katella Avenue in Anaheim, where the computer company signed a 10-year, $16-million lease for about 60,000 sf.
