Houston-Galveston Area Council Renews 46,286 Lease at Greenway Plaza

HOUSTON-The Houston-Galveston Area Council is renewing a 46,286-sf lease in the 3555 Timmons Lane building in the Greenway Plaza complex. The organization acts as a liaison for 148 governmental entities in southeast Texas.

The organization fosters cooperation and coordinates interaction between 148 governmental entities in southeast Texas, including municipal and county governments and various agencies. The Houston office of the Grubb & Ellis Co. has represented the lessor, Timmons Texas. The Greenway Plaza is a mixed-use project located near the Southwest Freeway and Buffalo Speedway.
