The project will feature Boca Raton-style architecture with a clay tile roof and extensive landscaping, a fancy touch for Wal-Mart's usual plain vanilla, big-box stores. The Orlando office of RJ Twitty & Co. and Landmarks Realty handled the transaction. RJ Twitty's local division has closed and committed transactions of $244 million over the past 12 months.
