CAIS Expands in Rosslyn with Two-Floor Deal

ARLINGTON, VA-Internet company signs for second office in Arlington by taking 30,000 sf at 1560 Wilson Blvd., filling the building.

The lease brings 1560 Wilson Blvd. to 100% occupancy and increases CAIS's presence in the Rosslyn submarket to 70,000 sf. The new offices are about two blocks from its existing offices at 1820 N. Fort Myer Dr.

CAIS provides comprehensive, high-speed, mobile Internet connections to business employees.

Cushman & Wakefield represented CAIS on the deal. The owner is TrizecHahn.
