Axiowave is a new enterprise founded by entrepreneurs Ray Stata and Mukesh Chatter, the founders of Nexabit Networks. The Marlborough operation will focus on technology for the emerging optical network sector.
Cushman & Wakefield senior director Mark Roth and associate director Richard Ruggiero represented Axiowave. Glenborough Realty Trust, owner of the four-building complex, was represented by CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners. CB brokers were Robert Walles and Bob McGuire.
